Increasing self-confidence is the first path to success as long as this confidence does not exceed the limit and does not reach the stage of vanity and lack of listening to advice. One of the most important things that have been holding me back from achieving my dreams for years is fear of failure and lack of confidence that I can overcome that fear, a problem that we all suffer in different degrees, and the question we must ask ourselves is how do we overcome this fear?

 The answer is when our self-confidence increases and our self-esteem rises, and this is what I tried to adhere to for years until I finally managed to overcome my fears and fulfill my dreams.

Sometimes I have the same concerns, but I do not allow them to continue, and I break the fear that stands between me and achieving more biases one after the other.


 It is akin to the impossible to be able to take your life out of the traditional mold you were put in and to fulfill your dreams if you are underestimated and not confident in yourself.




Many people confuse the concept of self-esteem and self-confidence, and I will try here to explain the differences between them, simply because your belief that you deserve the respect of others is an appreciation of yourself, and your belief in your capabilities and yourself is the amount of self-confidence, and although the difference between them is accurate, the difference will become clear to you later by reading the article.

If you suffer from a loss of self-confidence, is it impossible to change that? Or do you have the ability to control the matter?

Although it seems difficult to believe that you can do some things to increase your confidence in yourself, it is not hereditary, and you cannot rely on others in this matter if you think you are not smart, beautiful or successful, this belief can be changed now.

You can do this by taking matters into your own hands, controlling how much you trust yourself, and then looking at yourself with a more appreciated and respectful look.

3- Improving the self-image Our image in front of ourselves means a lot to us, even more than we realize, for every person who has inside his mind has a picture of himself and this image reflects the amount of his self-confidence, but this image is not final and stable so you can change it and use your mental skills. 4- Think positively when I started running 2 years ago, I learned many things, including how we can replace our negative thoughts with positive ones. When I change my way of thinking and my view of things, I can change reality and become happier. By learning that little skill, I was able to run long races within one year.
